Hu Chin-Hsiang is a media artist. He holds an MFA in Multimedia and Animation Arts from National Taiwan University of Arts. He specializes in new media technology and employs interactive technology, electronic mechanics, the internet and light as his creative media to explore and reflect on the relationship between humanity, technology and the internet. He is the recipient of various technology arts awards in Taiwan and abroad. In 2013, he was selected for an artist residency co-organized by National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts and the renowned V2 Institute for the Unstable Media in the Netherlands.
