Nagee is an artist, animation director, animator and animation lecturer in an arts university. His comic platform “nagee,” a Facebook fan page centering on political initiatives, has more than 200,000 followers. Known for his humorous, sarcastic comic works that analyze Taiwan’s politics, Nagee has become one of the most popular political comic artists in the democratic generation. In 2019, he published Grandpa Budai and His Taiwanese Friends, which depicts his observations of Taiwan’s modern political scene, society and culture.
