Artist Talks：
In the vibrant scene of internet and technology today, comic culture as well as comic artists have undergone many changes. A lot of creators have reached fame via social media, whereas the intervention of new media art has afforded new interactive experience that shortens the distance between comics and people. The artist talk series features well-known comic artists, and explore various aspects of the comic art scene in the age of social media, from the role of the creator to the combination of comics and new media.

International Academic Seminar：
As social media network develops in recent years, comics has given rise to unique industrial economy and cultural aesthetics, and comic ecosystems in different places have been created. The seminar features Taiwanese and Japanese comic artists and scholars to explore the influence of comics on contemporary society, iconic projects of comic art, and operation of comic museums, gradually permeating the two-dimensional comic aesthetics.

Speaker Introduce：
北九州漫畫博物館
北九州市的目標是成為九州最大的漫畫、動畫、電玩遊戲或偶像等流行文化聖地。作為其資訊傳播據點的，正是聚集了各種流行次文化專門店的「Aruaru City」。
京都國際漫畫博物館
2006年正式建立的，致力於調查和研究全世界的動漫文化博物館。從歷史久遠的本國漫畫到國外漫畫，藏書量達到了30萬本。
八谷和彥
參展藝術家，新媒體藝術家。畢業於九州藝術工科大學（現九州大學藝術工學系）圖像設計系，日後成立PetWORK並營運至今，2010年10月起擔任東京藝術大學美術系前衛藝術表現組教授。
吳塵罡
出生於高雄，2009年於日本創刊KITSCH，並於2016年成為商業出版。工作室STUDIO KITSCH代表人、自由編輯、嵯峨美術大學講師。
廖之韻
寫詩、寫文、寫故事。寫書、編書、也賣書。 高中開始發表詩作，從此以後就跟文字糾纏不清。寫作類型廣泛，當作家也當編輯，後來還開出版社「奇異果文創」。1976年出生於台北市，雙子座，台大公共衛生學系、心理學系、婦女與性別研究學程，以及得過一些文學獎和國藝會補助。著有詩集《好好舞》、《持續初戀直到水星逆轉》、《以美人之名》；散文《快樂，自信，做妖精》、《我吃了一座城》；小說《裸‧色》、《備忘》；主編《性別平等議題多元選讀本》；與沈斑和赫米兔工坊合著繪本《庫特的毛線時光》。
賴有賢
漫畫家，代表作為《真命天子》、《小和尚》。曾任臺北市漫畫從業人員職業工會理事長、卡通構圖師、影視公司美術設計、傳播公司平面設計等，現為上海格子文化藝術有限公司負責人。
黃大旺
聲音藝術家、行動藝術家，也做插畫、配樂、翻譯、劇場與電影演出，形容自己是「先天性表演者」。
王伯文
曾經從事網路安全、軟體設計以及IC設計等多種資訊領域工作，台灣早期同人誌團體「鋼彈俱樂部」副社長兼總編輯，對於日本及台灣動漫畫歷史有深入研究。
羅禾淋
策展人，長期研究網路文化與數位科技，對應日常生活、環境、城市等議題。在跨領域策展方面，開創「裝置文件」展出的方式。
伊藤遊
京都精華大學漫畫學院特聘副教授，隸屬於京都精華大學國際漫畫研究中心。負責策劃以京都國際漫畫博物館為中心的眾多漫畫展覽，例如「漫畫與戰爭展：從6個視角和3人原畫(マンガと戦争展 6つの視点と3人の原画から)」（京都國際漫畫博物館，2015年）；目前正在營運「漫畫博物館研究會」網站「漫畫展剖析(マンガ展のしくみ)」（https://mangaten-shikumi.com/ )
