Nishikawa Shinji is a manga artist and character designer. He launched his career with the manga series Family of Clay Dolls, and is the creator of several manga series, including YAT Untroubled Space Tours, Ultra Monsters, etc. He is known for his design of the beloved monster Godzilla, and has participated in the design of various well-known characters, including Godzilla 2000, Biollante, MechaGodzilla MFS-3, Chouseishin Gransazer and more. In recent years, he has participated in the monster design for SS SS.GRIDMAN as well as served as the production supervisor and created the package art for the model of MechaGodzilla MFS-3.
